Cobalamin is water soluble member of the B-complex vitamin family and it is the only vitamin that contains essential minerals. B12 is essential for the healthy metabolism of nerve tissue and deficiencies can cause brain damage and neurological disorders. Vitamin B12 was once considered to be a “wonder drug” and was given by injection to rejuvenate. B12 may also reduce the risk of cancer and the severity of allergies as well as boosting energy levels. Low levels of this vitamin results in anemia.

Dosage

***CAUTION***

Although vitamin B12 is not considered to be toxic, it is recommended that you do not take more than 200 mg per day unless under the supervision of a registered practitioner.
