Don’t you love it when you find produce that you don’t usually find all the time. When I do, I bring it home to try different things with it. This time, it was golden beets and decided to juice them. Delicious. Plus they don’t stain like the red ones.

INGREDIENTS

1. 1 golden beet root (2″ diameter) 82g
2. 3 large carrots  (7″-9″ long) 216g
3. 4 large celery stalk (11″-12″ long) 256g
4. 1/2 cucumber 150.5g
5. 1/2 thumb of ginger root (1″ diameter) 12g
6. 1 medium pear
